Question 1
What are the two ways in which a gas can produce a pressure?
The right answer is the one marked above.
From the weight of a column of gas, and from a compressed gas trying to expand. The first gives rise to atmospheric pressure; the second to the pressure in a balloon or a tyre.
Choosing only one of them leaves out the other. Temperature does affect pressure, but it is not one of the two ways set out in the text.
