The right answer is the one marked above.
A constant, which is the resistance of the conductor. The potential difference changed and the current changed with it, but the ratio of the two did not. That constant is the electrical resistance.
If a number stays the same while the two things that produced it both change, that number is a property of the conductor rather than of the reading.
