90 g. The molar mass of glucose is 180 g mol⁻¹, so 1000 cm³ would need 180 g and 500 cm³ needs half of that.
Half the volume at the same concentration needs half the mass — you can see that without the arithmetic, and it is a good check that the arithmetic agrees. 180 g is the answer for a full cubic decimetre.
